      work from home no overtime

      Cons

      low pay no advancement no bonus low incentives schedule remains the same forever, may ask for a change once a year, but it's not guaranteed it'll change.

      No pros. Different treatment for different employees.

      Cons

      Back to back calls. They make so much money off of you but won't pay you fairly. Terrible health insurance too
