Pros

working from home, so no transportation or other costs

Cons

no benefits, no incentives, very minimal amount of communication with their employees,extremely difficult to have issues you might have resolved, especially payroll, missing minutes, missing calls on your check, you will never receive a raise.

Pros

You can work from home and set the work hours around your schedule to meet your personal needs.

Cons

Depending on the hours you work, the pay can fluctuate because you get paid depending on how many calls you take. No benefits. There were payroll issues when I was working which might have improved since I quit.
