Pros

Basic healthcare coverage for full-time employees. Remote.

Cons

For all the terminologies and vocabularies to be learned in 6 weeks to do the job, the salary is way too low. Training materials are voluminous and do not include the target language of the terminologies we have to memorize. The trainer is not a native English speaker. Her accent is difficult to understand and she sometimes mispronounces words. Instructions are confusing. English and the target language are expected to be very well understood to do this. Fast note-taking is EXTREMELY essential.

Pros

One of the leading companies in interpretation , we have dozens of important clients from numerous English speaking countries , one the pros an advanced medical training provided for the interpreters for free .

Cons

We suffer from global issues frequently thus we sometimes lose connection thus don’t recieve calls and this affects our producivity . One of the cons is the underestimated salaries
