Work from home, decent pay considering no gas or take-out lunch costs, abundance of voluntary overtime available.

Cons

Constant calls, hard to understand some accents, some clients aren't so friendly.

Work from home, flexible hours, paid training, help people in need, extremely helpful trainers and recruiters

Cons

Only allow to change schedule once a year Pay remains stagnant unless there is a major change in labour law Phone bill out of our own pocket
