work from home, can choose your own schedule, paid training, keep bilingual skill, expose to wide variety of industries, expand vocabularies and learning everyday.

Pros

Excellent communication report built over the phone with project coordinators and a great way of continually develop professionally. On time payments. A great chance of meeting repeat clients on follow up bookings.

Cons

You can get as little as £ 70 to a maximum of £650 a month, this is my personal experience and obviously depends on the demand for your spoken language, how much time you dedicate and commit with the company and your willingness to travel.
