Salary - instead of an increase, you get a decrease in salary with no opportunity to advance and no opportunity to receive a raise EVER. No paid annual or sick leave available. 80 annual hours of UNPAID time off and usually getting time off is nearly impossible.

-Minimal supervision, when I need halp they take long to respond to an email. -They keep MANDATORY moving you up in levels in the company ti take harder calls with more responsibilities but NO pay raise!

I heard from coworkers that stayed there for 10 years and still has the same pay. Canadian Interpreters have no RRSP pension plans (like 401k in the States) Sometime during busy hours, calls are back to back and can be very stressful.

You will never get a raise, employees have shared they have been there for 14 years with raises, not even basic cost of living. Stay away from this company. On top of everything they offer no help and dock your pay for issues that are not in your hands. Their positions are false advertising, be prepared to be triggered by suicide, death, abuse, rape, graphic 911 calls and many other morbid topics daily.
