Coming from my previous company that prioritized appearances and profit over people, it's refreshing to be part of an organization that is genuinely mission-driven and passionate about making change within the healthcare industry. Lantern cares deeply about its members and employees, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace. There are countless opportunities for growth, and leadership actively supports career development. Plus, the company invests in culture with fun events, catered meals, and even a weekly bar cart—making it a great place to work and connect with colleagues.

Cons

Rapid growth comes with its fair share of changes, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, this also presents exciting opportunities to take on new projects, drive process improvements, and be part of a company that’s constantly evolving for the better.

This is not a place to grow your career as a fresh grad. Especially in the customer advocate role
