I won't get into detail about the shady aspects of car sales (dishonest financing, psychological manipulation, etc) because that's across the board for all dealerships. What sets Larson apart is the fact that they really don't care about their employees. From the very top of the chain, Bob Larson engenders a company attitude of, "if you're not making me enough money, find another job" ,,, During the time I worked there, I saw people who gave their lives to the company get fired on a whim for having a bad month, people who had been with the company for decades had been laid off with no warning, and people's paychecks mysteriously getting "lost" or docked tremendous amounts of cash - it's not a nice place to work.

no loyalty, will look for ways not to pay you, If your employees get minimum wage Mr. larson takes it out of GMs pay. A lot of child like games are played. All and all a horrible place to work. If you resign or are fired, Mr Larson will NOT pay you what you are owed. His own words " I have more money then they do so I have better attorneys, let em sue me"
