Pros

Great company for learning skills and making connections. The people are great, lots of integrity in upper management. The company is growing and there are lots of opportunities for employees.

Cons

Things can be hectic with their growth model...not a good place for people who just want to do the bare minimum. But this isn't a problem if you like being challenged.

Pros

Easy interview process, recruiters were nice and responded promptly

Cons

HR’s investigation turn around time is too quick. There is not enough time to actually gather facts before decisions are made and they just terminate people as “risk”

Pros

Decent health insurance ESOP Provides equipment

Cons

HR is unprofessional. Gossips and speads personal business to the whole company Unfair remote policies Unfair practices between CST and Executive/operations employees Typical big corporation using nonsense jargon and creating fake positions to present as an employer who cares about employee well being. No growth path for CST positions SLT is sneaky and two-faced Preference given to attractive or wealthy employees
