Pros
I have worked here for 2 years, and am very impressed with the people, the culture, and the opportunity for growth (for both the employees and the company). The pay and benefits are very competitive. I came from a small company atmosphere and worried about working for a larger company - as it turns out I had nothing to fear. There is a very personal feel to the company - you are definitely more than a name and number.
Cons
Not many that I can think of. Sometimes certain divisions within the company do not work well together when it comes to sharing work - but the company has taken several steps to address this, and I have noticed an improvement. While the company is very transparent from top to bottom, there is always room for improvement in this area.
