      The voting team seems to be insulated from the mess of the rest of the organization.

      Cons

      Worst office culture I've ever experienced, people are not friendly, constant turnover, upper management consistently lies and is disrespectful to staff. Stay away from this "civil rights" organization unless you're in voting.
