Pros

Very little. Maybe the fact that the commute is outside of Boston.

Cons

Management only cares about the stock price Management only cares about hitting their personal bonuses and incentives No resources, company is extremely cheap (can't even provide free coffee to employees, they charge) Professional development is non-existent No company culture - employees eat at their desk or shut their office doors during lunch, there is little communication

Calm workplace as there’s no real competition, we are in a niche market. Good pro surgical approach focused on biological products.

Cons

No professional development, incentives getting harder every year, step by step you can turn obsolete to move to other place.
