Building relationships with Vascular, Cardiac and Neurosurgeons. Minimal reports. Create And work your own schedule.

Cons

Employee turnover is a real problem here and employees are not happy working here. There is very little training for new reps and no real training program. The company is very cheap and constantly trying to cut costs. Most of the products are old and outdated. The company isn’t changing with the industry. Reps don’t make what is promised on the comp plans. There aren’t any career advancement opportunities here.
