Pros

Will hire a rep from outside the industry to break into the industry or take Pharma reps looking to break into the device world.

Cons

CEO does not care about retaining employees is only out for the almighty$. Working there even if you are on top of the sales metrics, you are always concerned if you would be the next to go in their semi-annual rounds of RIFFS (layoffs.) Reps that have worked with this company for a longer period of time would constantly tell you to work 2-3 years here and get out. They say this for a reason!! Loyalty is not a strong attribute for this company.
