Pros

Go into the office one day a week. There are not many pros about this company

Oh god where do I start? You drive your own car with no gas or mileage reimbursement. The copy does not care about your opinion. You are a 1099 employee so you better save what little money you do make for taxes. You are selling a good product, but it is way overpriced. You may drive 2 hour away for a no show appointment. You can actually sell a deal and make $0 😂. Let me give you my advise if you are looking to work for this company. Stay far far away and don't even call them for gutter protection. THEY ARE A PRODUCT, NOT A COMPANY!!

- Salary was comparable to skill set - Aside from management or the VPs, the regular staff is pleasant

Cons

- Above all: astonishingly unprofessional behavior displayed by management: angry and frequent outbursts, vulgar, misogynistic, racist, and blatant favoritism - Poor, negative work environment - No work-life balance - Unethical marketing practices (black hat SEO, false positive company and product reviews, and more than a few company-managed review sites) - Everything listed above made the salary completely not worth it

Management is the worst I've ever witnessed

'Okay' starting salary. Most of the employees are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is extremely unprofessional. As a man, even I'm disgusted with some of the things I hear management say about women. Truly vile and misogynic. Surprisingly though, it appears to be tolerated. HR doesn't seem concerned by it, so I'm not sure what's up with that. They do a lot of black hat marketing tactics. Even on here, a lot of the 5-stars reviews are 100% coming from management asking us to write good reviews. This is why I've decided to leave an honest review. I'm mostly just warning people to be prepared for favoritism, a total boy's club mentality. The marketing and sales tactics are shady at best and it's a little disheartening to feel as though you're helping to rip people off. If you can handle that, then you may enjoy it here. I don't imagine I'll be here much longer.
