You will work in a library - ( ie... the Marketing Department) So if you like quiet time - that's all there is! No communication, no conversation, no talking!

Cons

Talented People I have watched them get rid of over and over again! They will recruit you from your old job and lay you off after 5-7 weeks if "they" don't think you fit in with the "FAVORITES!" A SHAME!

Relaxed work environment, a lot of “fun” days.

Cons

The owner pays his call center employees roughly $10.00 an hour yet he drives a lambo and is now buying a giraffe. That speaks for itself. Cam, the call center director is extremely clicky with certain employees. If you aren’t one of her “friends” in her circle, she’ll be your worse nightmare. Working there is like being in high school all over again.

Cons

Boys club, they look down on women in this industry. I have heard very derogatory and crude comments from our leaders and have seen senior leaders turn their head away. It really is disgusting that this is tolerated here. When bringing issues up to HR its like talking to a wall. They do not follow up or care to resolve the issue.
