Pros

Laid back atmosphere with casual dress (which is pretty cool for a corporate office). We have a decent amount of corporate parties/events during the year which keeps up employee morale. Everyone here works really hard and are very driven individuals. If you're lazy and want a job where you can just put in minimum effort, this isn't the place for you.

Cons

It would be nice to get PTO and paid sick days, but we have a pretty nice health care plan so I guess it all balances out.

EXCELLENT work environment. Staff is fun, knowledgeable. Great place to work. It's awesome to have a job that I actually enjoy coming to.
