The culture of this company is incredible. Every company claims to have an emphasis on teamwork, but I've never seen a company put it into practice the way that LeafFilter does. LeafFilter strives for improvement through encouraging staff and celebrating successes. I've worked for LeafFilter for over a year and can honestly say that I've never had a bad day at work. It's the best company with the best people.

Cons

I have no complaints to speak of. I just wish I would have known about it sooner so I could have started a long time ago!.

The people at LeafFilter are awesome! They are always willing to help-PLUS-they listen to their employees' feedback and are always looking for ways to be better and to make us better! This is also a FUN place to work -so if you are seeking employment-check us out-you'll be glad you did!

Cons

Parking spaces are limited because of our growth-so I strongly advise you to arrive early. Right now-we do not have sick or vacation days-but it is my understanding that they are forthcoming.
