Unqualified staff and upper management unprofessional work environment, lied about how many hours you can get a week while being a full time employee. Also not fighting for the staff members without giving them the chance to explain just going with what they think they know. And it needs better lesson plans for each classroom and real expectations for certain kids. And cut off time for kids to come in the building

Never enough payroll hours; difficulty in finding good teachers who will stay long-term and always having to deal with turnover/being short-staffed (not necessarily the fault of LCG, but it's something we deal with on a daily basis), it's hard to keep staff motivated when Walmart pays more than we do but the job of an ECE teacher is so much harder ; I am salaried and work no less than 55 hours a week - there is always so much to do and never enough time or help to get it all done in 40 hours; I feel like I don't ever have time to spend quality time with my own children because I work so much and am constantly being pulled in 500 directions that I'm exhausted at the end of the day; not many career possibilities beyond school director
