Good base, decent benefits, big market share in Europe

Cons

The french are completely out of touch with the North American market. Arrogant and clueless senior management. Absolutely no idea how to go to market in the US. Autocratic company lead by the CEO, who fancies himself as the CMO, who doesn't have the faintest notion of marketing. Don't ask don't tell policy regarding working in the office. The French expect sales people to be in the office everyday. Company has no clue how large sales organizations work in the era of virtualization. IT support is terrible. All support comes from France. Incentive comp is a fraud.

A good benefits package and I got to go to France within 3 months of being hired.

Cons

Doesn't appreciate good employees; All Management tells a lot of lies (all the time), Sr manangement staff do not respect an employee having a personal life after 5:30pm. There is no type of employee morale.
