Pros

This company used to be a great company to work for but lost sight of what made it great. It's people.

Cons

Horrible CEO and senior management. The CEO only wants people around him that agree with him. The US management is but a mere puppet for France corporate.

Pros

I enjoy being part of the impressive Lectra North America team. The company has high quality products, a strong balance sheet and a clear strategy. We've performed great and now we have to accelerate our growth. The company is large enough to ensure you have the resources needed to do your job but small enough that your contribution is tangible.

Cons

Your contribution (or lack there of) is tangible. You will be held accountable for the job you do. You can't hide behind your department's success as you can in a large corporation.

Pros

The Benefits - While actually a fairly small company the Insurance and other benefits out way the slight regional underpayment for other companies its size. The People - While there is always exceptions, the majority of personnel are great to work with. Stable Company - Company is debt free, not going anywhere. If you do your job and do it well you know you have a job Regardless of what other comments say company does "try" to recognize their own. While this may not be shown through unwarranted pay increases that everyone expects for "just doing their job" , the management does try to make effort to allow those willing to prove themselves a chance to excel in the company. Success stories are not common because to many of the current employees, while great to work with, focus on the negative instead of the positive. Many feel that if they complain someone will fix it, rather than working within the system to find the solution themselves. Local management has been making more and more efforts to involve their teams, and push the morale away from an unwarranted negative view.

Cons

European Management - While they have a clear vision, it doesn't always align with the American Company business style. Sometimes getting them to see beyond their view or their skewed understanding of the data they see can be difficult
