Co-workers are the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

Newspapers did not buy into digital early enough and the crash of the economy compounded with the slow digital growth has put Lee in financial straights. If you are ok with not getting a raise while the CEO gets a multi-million dollar raise, this is the place for you. Absolutely NO understanding of employee retention, and they don't seem to care to learn.

The company is to slow to adopt a strategy that embraces the technological changes in the advertising industry. It is a sinking ship that is negatively leveraged and suffers from annual declines in revenue. Management encourages a work environment and ethic that destroys synergy among sales reps. There are also too many products for which reps are responsible to sell but have inadequate training to sell.
