Pros
I worked for LHC in 2021 and returned. That alone should tell you 2 things: First, if I didnt believe in LHC I would have not returned & second, they honor good employees. LHC stands behind their mission statement in servicing the community, which not many treatment centers do. LHC not only cares for the clients; they also care for their employees. They offer great benefits (e.g., PTO, 401(k), LA fitness membership, medical/dental insurance, & competitive pay). They are understanding and supportive of any task assigned to you. In other words, no question is a stupid question. If you're looking for employment that is fast-paced, giving, able to learn, & grow Legacy Healing is the place for you!
Cons
Organization is a huge factor, if you are not organized you will feel overwhelmed.
