Everyone was Throwing each other under the bus. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Their training is pretty terrible and coworkers get mad when you don’t know what to do

I was given advice from the owner and that advice was, "Keep your head down." There is clear favoritism. The owners watch staff on camera to an extent that is creepy. The work environment is uncomfortable if your a woman or a part of the LGBTQ community. I was harassed by a shift leader and the owner said he would talk to him, and then promoted him.
