Pros

Unionized. Lots of vacation time. Unlimited sick days. Casual office.

Cons

Excessive workload. Poor office morale. Numerous arraignment shifts. No outside contact with other firms so that employees do not know how a successfully functioning not-for profit office should work. Administrative staff is not the best. Extremely poor salary for the amount of work expected from attorneys.
