Time flexibility, including job sharing. Great job for parents. Exciting, important work.

Cons

Not enough of a team spirit, not enough comraderie. You will definitely be overworked, but that's the nature of an institutional provider.

You get hands on experience immediately, and you have to learn very quickly because there isn't much training. You train while you work.

Cons

The pay is bad, but that is given because it is a non-profit. There isn't much sophiscated drafting or writing.
