People are great to work with and environment is mostly positive.
Pros
The entry level pay is very good. They will start you off at $12-13/hour. The benefits are pretty good. The dental plan they offer is very cheap and covers a good amount of everything you would need. The managers and supervisors are the best. They are very friendly and understanding of your situation and do everything they can to help you get your work done. They help keep morale as high as possible. The dress code is casual. You get to wear jeans every day and only have to dress up when clients or company executives come to visit.
Cons
The company stopped giving pay raises and bonuses a number of years ago. So, you can expect to make the same amount as of now. There are not many opportunities to advance career-wise in this company because there are not many management level positions. This may be one of the reasons why turnover is pretty high.
