Management is top heavy and inexperienced. They promote people within which is typically great but that is not the case for this company. Management does not deal well with change and drags there feet which makes it hard to keep and expand business.

Leadership lie and continually intimidate and harass employees. I have been cc'd many emails from management and above with swearing in it. Thank goodness they aren't directed towards me. Pay is lower end. 401k taken away from employees. Other benefits very expensive. No career plan, No training plan Promotions and salary adjustments frozen Layoffs en-mass common. Hiring freeze, no replacements when people leave. More than 60 hrs/week is common. Employees forced to work weekends is very common. Working every other weekend is typical. Yelling at people in open is common.
