Pros

Great health benefits and coworkers LT Recruiters deserve a raise they’re excellent at selling (and lying)

Cons

Comp $ is laughable and not market value HR is a joke Management - patronizing, gaslighting & toxic. They steamroll even the smallest of projects. Taking away work from home benefits for most employees. They don’t care about their employees, they just care about the bottom line. Zero opportunity for advancement - zero promotions zero raises zero bonuses. None. Loyalty and knowledge mean nothing to management. CEO is an egomaniac

Pros

- Benefits are nice if you take advantage of them - Flexible hours if you take advantage of slow releases

Cons

- Company boasts of internal promotions, but only promote executives. Not one non-executive was promoted in my numerous years working there. There were layoffs for the executive promotions though. - Incompetent management can leave your career growth in the dust
