Management is totally disconnected with reality. They put unrealistic demands on their sales people then shame and reprimand them if they don't make monthly goals. They tell you that you get vacation time but when you request time off they don't answer you until day before your actual vacation day to then tell you it isn't a smart business move on your part to take the time off. How does anyone plan and pay for a vacation (anniversary) and not be able to get an answer in enough time to actually plan it.
