      Competitive Pay & Benefits. Strong market position. Some truly awesome people work there.

      Cons

      Disruptive, debilitating and toxic management behavior. There is a lack of integrity and respect in the workplace, stemming from leadership. No respect for employees, family life or time off. Vacation can be denied based on subjective measures. High pressure environment with no appreciation. You will not be able to use your vacation days and you will work holidays.

      Good Medical coverage Learn how homes are constructed

      Cons

      Management only cares about number of homes sold. Very poor management - imature Very high turn over Long hours, management constantly checking in on you. Poor work- social life No breaks, no lunch break Hardest part of job is trying to please management. No matter how many sales you make, management always wants more. Management will make fun of you in weekly sales meeting if you are not hitting your goals. You must be thick skinned to work for this company.
