      Larger company in S FL, 401k, diverse employees

      Cons

      99% male management that 'grew up' in Lennar. Management only knows Lennar - needs more diversity to realize the company is top management centered not employee centered. HR is useless on employee issues - puppets of management. People run scared. Not a conducive company to foster ideas or advance ones career. Good to start, but then switch....probably why there is such high turnover.

      Pros

      The company is great, nothing but good things to say about them. Sales is sales so before you apply know sales. If you want to be good at sales its something you need to train at and they will help you do this.

      Cons

      Nothing really bad i want to say about the company, it's a job and most everyone is happy doing what they're doing when they are there. Some days are harder than others and there is nothing new there.
