Pros

- helping customers & working in a staged model home - having inventory to sell - having rotating incentives available via Lennar Mortgage to make purchasing affordable for buyers

Cons

- poor marketing and unqualified leads - internal teams can be unresponsive to your buyers - be prepared to take accountability for (and become an expert in) roles outside of your primary function when relying on your in-house partners - i.e. lenders, construction team, title/closing team, etc. - be prepared to take accountability when things go wrong, and expect little support from leadership. - be prepared to work weekends, evenings, and on your days off/PTO. The expectation is 24/7.

Pros

- Benefits are amazing - Culture actually feels real (in the right department) - Lennar invests in their associates (onboarding, education opportunities, etc.)

Cons

The Con is the department I am in. They give the illusion of being a tight knit team, extremely organized, constantly improving, and supportive. But I have experienced the complete opposite, truly stemming from the top down. It feels superficial, clicky, surface level fixes, lack of critical thinking from Directors, last minute implementations with little to no prep time, and a complete lack of acknowledgment/true support during some touch changes. It's disappointing, as other Departments seem to truly embrace the culture, practice what they preach, and support eachother during the rough times.
