      Amount of available time off, health insurance improved from previous year

      Cons

      - Forced to return to office. The company wasted over 3 million dollars for an office renovation that no one wanted to return to. Not every department is in the office full time but ours was. - Disorganized and chaotic department. Managers not focused on correcting issues and holding employees accountable, feels like constant spinning wheels to fix things. - Like most employers, the best employees drown in their workload while the adequate employees get by doing the bare minimum
