Management has little to no control over what happens in the field, they assign many responsibilities without training or explanation. All of this came from the acquisition of RCH. Software transfers were a nightmare, the staff was put under incredible strain due to lack of communication and were then blamed for not knowing what wasn’t clearly taught before expectation were set.
