Corporate entities lead through scare tactics and intimidation, good luck getting any promotion without having to fight tooth and nail - they’ll hire somebody unqualified before looking for internal growth. The hours are horrible, there’s 0 collaboration with the OD offices, complete lack of support from higher ups - do not work here, the pay is not worth it

Corporate decisions made no sense to those working with the customers. Stressful but very much like any customer service jobs. The nice perks like getting friends and families good deals on glasses including lenses have disappeared. So nothing differentiates it from any other customer service jobs.
