Pros

Good company culture. Everyone who is chosen to work for the company is chosen on the basis of 49% experience (but not all the time) and 51% personality and likability. The company provides great discounts at all establishments within the company, gives great benefits (but only if you commit full time, which their standards of full time are aggresive), have an amazing training program, and offers many opportunities to move up within the company.

Cons

This company has shown their support for diversity in the work place, but when a customer does something to harass an employee, for instance for being gay, or of color, they remove you from the situation, allow that customer to continue to eat in the establishment, and condone their behavior. They have shown that 99% of the time the customer is always right, even when they have Verbally harassed An employee. The insurance and benefits that they offer, is nearly impossible to obtain full time if you plan on missing more than two weeks out of the year. You can make up for the time that was taken off work, and you will still not be available to obtain benefits. Their benefits system is based on an avg weekly hour basis of 6 months, which seems as though is purposely set up so its harder to obtain. Lastly, if you are planning on becoming a manager to a restaurant, you will give your entire life to the company. managers are working at least 5 days a week, from morning until nighttime. I have never seen management work so much and receive such little salary for their time spent at work. All in all, i do love my job but there are things that the company needs to change to show that they are more supportive of their employees well being and worth.
