Horrible Treatment to minority workers

The pros are the free meals, but in most cases you aren’t even allowed to take a break

Cons

In all seriousness, there are a bunch of legal issues that happen within this company. I’ve worked for two of their “fast food dining” locations and at both, the workers are treated as numbers. Barely any breaks, no air conditioning, little pay and no holiday pay.

Pros

Benefits are good, company cares about employees. For example, there is a general fund to help employees in need. A co-worker's mother passed away, and the fund gave him money to fly him and his fiance to Germany for the funeral.

Cons

High school politics. Lots of egos. Too many manager positions so there's lots of butting heads. They need to consolidate leadership. Let's be honest, you're dealing with a lot of people who aren't professional.
