      Pros

      Lettuce is a leader in hospitality creation and development, I learned more with this company than any other time in my career.

      Cons

      As with any position there are ups and downs, they aren't due to the company behaving in one way or another.

      Pros

      Very good managers. Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Since I've started my year end salary has nose dived 5 grand each year. When I started they would say things like we don't do happy hour because we're not an applebees. Now there's 2 happy hours. one at 3 and one at 8. profits are up but tips are down. Every major change we've been doing at my restaurant has been encouraging more cheap people to become regulars.
