      Pros

      Great benefits, great discounts. Superior training program and introduction to the company. Tastings during training are the best part! Opportunities to move up, or change restaurants after a period of time.

      Cons

      Management has a problem "cutting" servers. This is understandable at times given the high expectations of service at lettuce restaurants, yet can end up being a shift of rolling silverware for $4.25 an hour and having 2 tables on a lunch shift.
