Salary and Benefits were nice. Friendly Staff.

Cons

No accountability. Constantly serving expired food or prepping with food that was no longer good. Bar program was a joke. On paper, culture seemed great...in practice it was the opposite.

Pros

Good benefits to full time employees. Slightly above average pay for support staff. Good company to work for because of what they can offer employees. Money to be made for serve/waitstaff if that is what is appealing to you,

Cons

The management and the staff have a large disconnect. Priorities of the two roles are not the same. It is also a lot more work than I have ever done as a server. And a lot of that work comes at the demands of higher ups who want their demands met without taking in to account that our restaurant is very understaffed. Shifting away from being very employee minded.

Free drinks and meals depending on the restaurant

Cons

Company will take advantage of employees. The Restaurant Managers tend to look down on the hourly employees, especially BOH employees. If you call in sick even once you will receive a warning. If management does not like you they will be sure to isolate you to the BOH out of the view of the guests. Mention FMLA once and Lettuce Entertain You will be sure to promptly terminate your employment.
