      Pros

      I see something good in you they acknowledge it and encourage you to move up, lots of opportunities. Understanding of employees that life happens. Great accommodating to customers.

      Cons

      Compared to other companies around us pay rate is a little low. In my position turnover is a little high. Training is a little inconsistent in all positions.
