Good co-workers and decent pay (when busy). I've worked in other restaurants much worse than this

Cons

One current manager is very unapproachable and manipulative. Your schedule will reflect her personable opinion of you, obvious favorites and questionable values. Made it difficult to work at this restaurant (seafood restaurant) and many people quit because of her management

Lack of scheduling flexibility. Working holidays. Management offloading duties to hourlies without compensation.
