Great commission structure and clear cut milestones for title and pay increases. Great product that is quite extensive and of high quality Managers who don't nitpick, and let you be an adult while still being involved and helpful. Been very easy with time off. Have a child with medical problems, and a friend who recently passed away. Never once got the impression or feeling like they were anything but 100% understanding and flexible. Great team of people.

Cons

Product is unique, new, and extensive. While this isn't a con, it does make it hard for many prospects to fully grasp. Construction contractors are very meat and potatoes, so they can be adverse to new tech. Departments that ultimately rely on each other can feel fragmented or out of sync.
