Pros

-Remote work -Industry leader with a solid LRM service -Owned by Procore with great industry recognition (clout among construction companies) -Lots of positive attitudes and good culture -Strong executive leadership -Decent benefits

Cons

-Hiring young AEs with no sales experience and expecting them to perform at the same level as 10+ year quota-carrying veterans -Promoting inexperienced sales managers after only a couple months as AE -Base salary is not competitive -Sales enablement holds training meetings throughout the day for weeks while hardly teaching any actual sales techniques -Unlimited PTO is a joke

Pros

-Managers and teammates that genuinely care about fellow employees as humans -Unlimited PTO that I feel like I can actually take whenever I want -Autonomy. Managers that trust their employees, presume positive intent, and never micromanage -A product that is helping people and transforming a trillion dollar industry that desperately needs our services -The best benefits package I've encountered, especially with the acquisition by Procore - amazing perks including generous employee stock grants -As far as jobs go, this one is damn near perfect!!!

Cons

-I genuinely don't have a con to share - But no company is one-size-fits-all, and I recognize that Levelset is not for everyone. Things change a lot here, as can be expected for a late stage startup in hyper growth mode. If that doesn't sound like a good fit for you, that's totally fair!
