Pros

LRS is a great place to work. They have a very comprehensive training program. Unlike some companies, they make sure they fully train you before then send you out on your own. The management was very friendly and helpful. They listened to your questions and concerns and made them their concerns as well. They are there to help you with anything you needed and really cared about your success, both personally and financially. The opportunities for financial growth are also great. The more work you put in, the greater the reward. The work environment is a huge plus. It’s very work hard, play hard. They want you to have fun while working but still get your work done. It’s also nice when everyone in your office gets long. The only reason I left LRS was due to a family move. If they had an office where I am currently located (in Florida), I would still be employed by them. I would suggest LRS to any of my friends or family!

Cons

Pros

Team environment was amazing. We had our own small groups to work within. Projects could have greater focus and therefore increase productivity and success.

Cons

Compensation was a mid-level. The office culture had the appearance of corporate standards, although the small groups allowed for creativity to come through.
