Pros

Good Products, Great Support staff, Large Install Base

Cons

Mgt. is beyond out of touch. Products (while very good) are extremely overpriced, there is a serious lack of strategy, vision, or market awareness. Management thinks it is still 1992 and they are a "big fish" that doesn't need partners, channels or anything but a telephone. It used to be a really great place to work but lack of any outside input, nepotism and a "because that is the way we have always done it" attitude is having a seriously negative impact - but the products are good and the install base is large, they will continue to be successful in spite of the poor decisions.

Pros

Great company that appreciates its employees and rewards hard work. The management is very open to new ideas and improvements and does everything they can to implement good ideas.

Cons

There are very few cons to speak of. One possible con would be the disconnect between divisions and how set these divisions are in there ways. Change can be difficult at times because it's not what is familiar.
