      Pros

      Employee benefits, work/life balance, iconic brand to work for, and strong company values.

      Cons

      Leadership is all over the place, "not my job" mentality throughout the org, constant complaining about what doesn't work but nothing gets done to fix it, constantly relying on outside consultants to make decisions for the company, and silos that pit colleagues against each other.

      Pros

      Pay, location, amazing brand with huge potential.

      Cons

      poor management that is mesmerized by youth, specifically men in their earliy 20s. It is hard, if not impossible to get any recognition for contributions unless you are young, inexpericenced, heterosexual and good looking, especially in creative parts of the organization. Women never seem to be promoted in some departments. It is hard to navigate an organization, especially when the strategies and directives change almost weekly.
