Great people to work with. Fun atmosphere. The fans are most of the time great people to wait on.

Cons

There are slow periods when out of season. Limited hours during the summer.

There are great benefits and constant awareness meetings for current issues that could affect the workplace.

Cons

There should be automatic cost of living raises. This used to occur before Levy became Compass.

It's perfect for a student or a second job-- flexible hours, evening shifts, and well-organized. Has the opportunity to move up as a career, or just be a temporary gig.

Cons

Work is not always reliable, as it is based on as-needed. It depends entirely on the schedule of concerts and games, which Levy caters to.
