There are no Pros to working are Lewis University.

Cons

Too many old timers still there way past retirement. Leadership wants change, but is unwilling to listen to new ideas, they're also stuck in the past. It's hard to fit into the university culture, if you didn't do to school there or know someone who is employed there, they make it difficult to be accepted. There is no career advancement here. So, If your looking to advance in your career. Your better off going else where because the pay is below industry standards.

Lewis treats their students and faculty better than any university I've seen.

Cons

They are small in Albuquerque but still growing impressively. But small means small, personal classes.
